1910s polka dot dress with floating panels and hidden pocket Size S

Beautiful 1910s semi sheer dress with light blue polka dots on a navy blue background. Silk organza ruffled collar and ruffles at cuffs. A floating panel in front and back. The front panel hides a pocket. Mother of pearl buttons to the waist. Waist closes with hooks and eyes. It’s in pretty good condition but has some holes as shown and some missing snaps. No labels present.
